General announcements
  • Contract #3, second week
    • Tuesday after school - parent/teacher conferences
    • Wednesday: Diversity Meeting, all school BBQ, School Picture Day - Count Day!
    • Wednesday/Thursday: Mission Wolf overnight (Science)
    • Friday: no school
  • Proposed service activity: cleaning up the path behind school to the Community Center
  • Laptop issues
    • We tried having laptops stored in classrooms, but that isn’t working - we’re going back to the system of logging out laptops from the cart
    • We are missing two laptops! Help us figure this out and get those laptops bac
  • The school is getting pretty messy
    • At the end of the day, we’ll have a general clean-up session 
    • This is our home! Help us keep it in order so it’s a comfortable space for all of us
    • Clean up dishes in the kitchen. It is closed at the moment because students aren’t tidying up after themselves
  • Students are taking advantage of breaks in appropriately; be respectful of timing given and come back on time
  • On contracts: juniors and seniors, mark days you’re going to be out of the building and check with your advisor (must be approved)
    • Students must work in the building a minimum of 51% of the time
  • New Dogs: all skills and Disco work must be done this week, or you’ll be on out of school sabbatical
  • BV Crossfit Move Well program
    • weekly CrossFit sessions between October and December
    • earn an entire PE credit for participating!

    What are MMMM?

    At the start of each week, the whole school gets together for a Monday Morning Meeting. Here, staff give general announcements, and teachers present their modules for the week. After the meeting, students create contracts, signing up for the modules they will take and other activities they will participate in.
