General announcements

• Cell phones - you can have them with you, but don’t interact with them
  • If you are using your phone for music, choose a playlist - don’t choose one song at a time
• CMC classes
  • If you want to take CMC classes, talk to Natalie pronto
  • Early childhood education tract: talk to Mike or your advisor if you want to sign up
  • Resident firefighter program: sign up pronto (talk to Mike)
• Officer Digirolamo - the new SRO for our district
  • She’ll pop in and out to check in 
• Alisa - school-based mental health specialist for the district
  • Here every Monday and Tuesday morning
• Come and go through the front door; leaving out the back door is an automatic dismissal for the day

Math

  • You can take for the one week, but if you continue playing beyond the module, you’ll get points for two modules
• 3: Google Classroom
  • Work in the math classroom
  • Minimum: 8 assignments a week

Science

  • Anatomy, relationship with humans throughout history
  • Do a wellness check with two real goats
• 2: Soil Health
  • Dynamic biological system - not just a means for growing food
• 3: No module [Kayla is part-time]

Social Studies

• ​1: Intro to Critical Thinking
  • If you’ve ever gotten in a fight with someone and wonder afterwards what that was all about… critical thinking will help you sort it out
• 2: No module - Discovery
• 3: Human Pre-History
  • Help understand the scales of time - manipulate fire, domesticate the goat, develop interest in religion, etc.
