It’s a reverse schedule at BVHS. We don’t really need to reverse - but students who

- winning advisory gets pizza or ice cream or something
- advisory off? if you want to work something out with your advisory, go for it. This is an opportunity to do fun things as a school, so hopefully you’ll choose to participate!
BV Strong dinner tonight!
- The last hour of today, we’re going to help set up tables, table coverings, chairs, etc. (Serenety’s service learning project!)
- Afterparty at Watershed from 8:30 - 10:30 (Taylor’s service learning project!)
Also happening today… outside evaluators will be around the district to check in on what we do every day
- evaluators will be here around 1:30 today
- it is a great opportunity to show people what we do here
Leave the door open when you’re done so it’s obvious no one is in there
- please honor our bathrooms :)
Break passes will now include an option for in-school break
- If your teacher gives you an in-school break, carry the pass with you in case teachers ask what you’re up to
Phones: if you’re on your phone in the commons - and you aren’t on break - Mike will engage you in conversation
- In classrooms, understand your teacher’s expectations
- Learn to manage phone use so you aren’t addicted
Count day
- October 2: however many students are in the building on this day, that’s how much funding we get for the entire school day. PLEASE BE IN SCHOOL to help our budget!
- We’ll do a fun BBQ on Monday
